Substitution Policy

  • Some flowers or gifts may be unavailable due to season or location.

  • If so, our florist will prepare a similar or better product of equal value.

  • Colors or extras (like chocolates or toys) may vary.

  • We always aim to match size, shape, and overall style as shown online.


Order Changes & Additions

  • You can change your order at least 24 hours before delivery.

  • Last-minute or same-day orders cannot be edited.

  • For changes, contact the Chat Flora Team as soon as possible.


Damaged or Low-Quality Orders

  • If your flowers/gifts are damaged or not as expected:

    • Report within 24 hours

    • Send a clear photo (no filter) showing the issue

  • This helps us investigate quickly and fairly.

  • During major holidays, responses may take 2–5 business days.


Incorrect Delivery Info

  • We cannot guarantee delivery if:

    • The address is incomplete or wrong

    • The phone number is missing or unreachable

  • No refunds for failed deliveries due to incorrect info.

  • Always double-check recipient details.


❌ Cancellation Policy

  • To cancel an order:

    • Contact us within 1 hour of placing

    • Or at least 5 business days before delivery

  • If approved, admin fees (up to 30%) may apply

  • No cancellations accepted once shipping has started


Flower Life & Responsibility

  • Flowers are perishable and usually last 1–7 days

  • Quality depends on:

    • Changing water daily

    • Keeping them away from heat

  • We cannot guarantee longevity if they are not properly cared for
