Delivery & Refund Policy

By placing an order via our Site Chat Order System, you confirm that you accept the following terms:


Delivery Timing

  • Same-day delivery is guaranteed if payment is completed before 3 PM (15:00) (recipient’s local time).

  • For holidays (Valentine’s, Women’s Day, New Year, etc.), please order at least 48 hours in advance.

  • For time-specific requests, mention your preferred hour in the Note field.

⚠️ Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or shop hours.


Recipient Information

  • A valid phone number for the recipient is mandatory.

  • If the address is incomplete or the recipient is unreachable, delivery may be delayed or returned.

  • In such cases, a second delivery may require an extra fee.


❌ Refunds & Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only before preparation begins.

  • Once your order is being arranged or delivered, no changes or refunds are possible.

  • If there’s a delivery issue due to recipient info, we’ll contact you to update the address if possible.


Product Substitution

  • Sometimes, certain flowers or colors may be unavailable.

  • In that case, we’ll deliver a similar product of equal or higher value.

  • Style, color range, and size will be preserved as closely as possible.


Card Message & Sender Info

  • Your message will be printed and delivered with the flowers.

  • You may remain anonymous — but if the recipient refuses to accept anonymous gifts, we may need to share your name.

  • To stay completely anonymous, write it clearly in the Note section.


Order Status

  • You will receive a confirmation once your WhatsApp order is sent.

  • If there are any issues, we will contact you via WhatsApp or Phone.

  • For quick updates, message us anytime via whatsapp, telegram, site chat or email.


Claims & Complaints

  • Not happy with your order?
    Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We will try to resolve it with a replacement or partial refund if needed.
