At Chat Flora, we deliver fresh flowers quickly and reliably. Order Your Flowers by Whatsapp Chat, Please check our delivery terms before placing your order.

Delivery Dates

  • Standard deliveries are made on your desided date during local business hours.

  • Same-day delivery is only guaranteed if payment is completed before 14:00 (recipient’s local time).

  • For peak days (Valentine’s, Women’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas), please order at least 48 hours in advance.

Correct Delivery Info

Please include the following with your order:

  • Recipient’s full name

  • Full delivery address (including hotel, hospital, or company details)

  • Room / ward / department info (if applicable)

  • Recipient’s phone number

Without this info, we cannot guarantee on-time delivery.
Deliveries to hotels or hospitals will be made to reception.

If the Recipient is Absent

  • Courier will leave a card and try again later

  • If needed, flowers may be left with a receptionist or neighbor

  • If contact cannot be made within 24 hours, the delivery may be cancelled without refund

Hotel & Hospital Deliveries

  • Always provide:

    • Recipient’s name

    • Hotel/hospital name and full address

    • Room or ward number

    • Phone number (if possible)

Some hospitals may not allow ICU deliveries — if so, we’ll inform you immediately.

⚠️ Delivery Exceptions

We do not guarantee delivery to:

  • Military bases

  • Airports or seaports

  • Boats, campsites, or restricted areas
